ISTours Brochures and Forms

ISTours requires that a number of different forms to be completed and submitted prior to your participation on one of our trips. The particular forms required depends on the type of trip in which you are participating. Some programs require specific government documents, while others simply require a parent or guardian's review and signature providing approval and consent.
